The holiday home is located on the edge of the Otepää Nature Park, offering window views of the nature park, the rooftops of the town centre and the Tehvandi ski jumping tower. A lighted path leads directly to the heart of Otepää.
Cafés, the Tehvandi Sports Center, ski and running trails, the adventure park, and hiking routes are only a few minutes away by car or a 20-minute walk. Lake Pühajärv, with its beaches, swimming spots and beautiful walking paths, is located just 2 km away.

Living room / Bedroom
The living room has 2 large corner sofas that can be converted into beds, a fold-out armchair, TV, table, free Wi-Fi and board games. Bed linen and towels are provided in the dresser.

Kitchen
The kitchen has everything you need: a fridge, stove, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, and sink. It is equipped with cooking utensils, spices, and all essentials for convenient meal preparation.
Hallway / Entrance hall
An open and bright entrance hall that provides access to the kitchen, toilet, laundry and sauna, as well as the utility room. A staircase leads to the living room on the second floor. A coat rack and space for shoes are provided.
Sauna
Note! Sauna use is available for an additional fee: 3 hours for €35.
The sauna comfortably accommodates 3–4 people. It features a Harvia electric stove, a thermometer, and a bundle for throwing water on the stones. Sauna aromas and towels are also provided.
Toilet
Comfortable and bright toilet.
Shower
Comfortable shower with a thermostatic mixer.
Sauna changing room
Includes towels, shampoos, and bathrobes. A laundry basket is provided for used towels.

Booking and payment

To make a reservation, write to us with the dates you are interested in and we will book them for you. Please check our calendar beforehand to see if your preferred dates are available.

Payment can be made on-site upon key handover or in advance via invoice.
Check-in and check-out

Check-in: from 3:00 PM (or by prior arrangement).

Check-out: no later than 1:00 PM.

Early check-in or late check-out is possible by prior arrangement.
Number of guests

The holiday home accommodates a maximum of 5 guests.
Quiet hours

Please avoid excessive noise and respect the neighbors.
Damages and liability

The guest is responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their companions.

In case of damage, please notify us immediately so we can find a quick solution.

Property belonging to the establishment must not be taken away.
Hygiene and housekeeping

Guests are responsible for keeping the accommodation tidy.

For long stays, additional cleaning can be arranged (may incur a fee).

Serious damage or heavy soiling will be handled separately and may incur additional charges.
Use of the sauna

Sauna use is available for an additional fee: 3 hours – €35
- The price includes: towels, sauna aromas, a bundle for pouring water, and a ladle.
- Prohibited: whipping, body scrubs, and sauna honey.
Smoking

Smoking is prohibited indoors!

Violation of this rule will incur a €200 fine to cover deep cleaning.
Pets

Pets are not allowed in the holiday home, as the next guest may have allergies.
Safety

Please close all doors and windows when leaving.

The accommodation is not responsible for the loss of guests’ personal belongings.

Heating devices and household appliances must be used according to the instructions.
- Please note that the holiday home has an open staircase and an unguarded stairwell.
Use of the kitchen

Use of kitchen utensils, tableware, and appliances is allowed.
Parking

Parking is free on the property’s green area. There is space for 3–4 cars.
Internet and Wi-Fi

Wi-Fi usage is free of charge.

Downloading illegal content is prohibited!

The network must not be used for malicious activities!
Cancellation and changes

Free cancellation up to 7 days before the booked arrival date.

A cancellation fee of 50% of the booking price applies if cancelled 1–7 days before the booked arrival date.

A cancellation fee of 100% of the booking price applies if cancelled less than 1 day before the booked arrival date.
The holiday home’s right to refuse service
The accommodation has the right to refuse a guest if:

the rules have been repeatedly violated,
-
behavior is disruptive or dangerous,
-
there are previous unpaid claims or malicious intent.
